Site Information
TriStar usually leases 5600 to 10,000 sq. feet of ground space for
a communication tower and space for our tenants to place
equipment. The layout of the ground space is usually 75 ft
by 75 ft up to 100 ft by 100 ft, but any derivation thereof is
acceptable. The equipment is either a rack, a large wooden
box or a very small building. Each tower will be capable of
accommodating 4 to 6 PCS carriers and many wireless data carriers. Tower
and equipment will be inside of the leased area.
Because the tower accomplishes the height problem, anywhere on the
subject property is acceptable to locate. The back corner of
your property that will never be developed is most likely perfect
for us.
Lease Rates
Option #1. TriStar
agrees to pay Landlord a one time amount of Ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) for use of land for a communication site.
The lease will be a Five (5) year lease with seven (7) five-year
extensions.
Business Information
TriStar's business is renting tower space and ground space at the
base of the tower to wireless carriers like Sprint PCS,
Nextel or Cingular Wireless. Telecommunication hookups and
power are available at the site. We also lease space to
wireless data carriers, hospitals, and broadcast stations like TV
or FM Radio. Each tower is capable of collocating multiple
carriers.
